We represent either buyers or sellers in both residential and commercial real estate transactions in Union, Anson, Stanly, Cabarrus, and Mecklenburg counties.

We also assist clients with:

  • Leases
  • Contracts
  • Land issues and disputes
  • Title issues
  • Landlord/Tenant issues
  • Preparation of deeds (including Ladybird deeds)
  • Preparation of promissory notes
  • Preparation of deeds of trust

The real estate process has changed dramatically over the last several years, especially regarding lending institutions.  We and our staff attend seminars and keep abreast with the current laws, guidelines, procedures, and technology required to efficiently complete a real estate closing.  We co-ordinate with lenders, realtors, sellers, and buyers to assure the closing process is as convenient to the client as possible.  Many times, title issues must be resolved prior to closing.  Our lawyers have over 50 years of experience in resolving title issues.

We are approved attorneys for all major title insurance companies.

Buyer’s Note: If funds for closing exceed $500.00, the funds MUST be wired to our loan closing trust account.  Wiring instructions must be picked up from our office by the Borrower; alternatively, we will overnight the wiring instructions to the Borrower. WE DO NOT EMAIL WIRING INSTRUCTIONS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!   Click here for our Wiring Instructions Policy.
